POA Road Committee

As stewards of our neighborhood’s infrastructure, the all volunteer POA Road Committee works to ensure that our roads are well-maintained, safe, and sustainable. Through collaboration and responsible oversight, we strive to enhance the quality of our roadways for all property owners.

The committee is pleased to share a summary of the recent accomplishments and upcoming initiatives aimed at preserving and improving our mountain roadway system. From completing a full crack seal across the community to repairing swales, stabilizing road edges, and assessing culvert conditions, these efforts reflect our commitment to long-term infrastructure stewardship. Looking ahead to 2026, we’ve expanded the road maintenance budget, prioritized drainage improvements, and will continue placing roadway reflectors to enhance safety for all residents and guests.
